Learning Difficulties (2007)

The term learning disability (LD) refers to a group of disorders that affect a broad range of academic and functional skills including the ability to speak, listen, read, write, spell, reason and organize information. The causes of learning difficulties have not yet been determined, but the UK is committed to improving the lives of all persons with a Learning Disability.
